C\u00e2teva direc\u021bii cheie ar fi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Reformarea sistemului de educa\u021bie \u0219i formare profesional\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alinierea curriculei \u0219colare la cerin\u021bele pie\u021bei muncii, cu accent pe <strong>competen\u021be digitale \u0219i tehnice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea <strong>\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului dual<\/strong> \u0219i a programelor de practic\u0103 obligatorie pentru studen\u021bi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crearea unui sistem eficient de <strong>\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare continu\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i recalificare pentru angaja\u021bi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cre\u0219terea flexibilit\u0103\u021bii muncii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promovarea \u0219i reglementarea clar\u0103 a <strong>muncii la distan\u021b\u0103 \/ remote \u0219i a programului flexibil<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea cadrului legal pentru <strong>munca cu timp par\u021bial \/ part-time<\/strong> \u0219i contractele atipice, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie atractive pentru angaja\u021bi \u0219i angajatori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stimulente pentru companiile care implementeaz\u0103 <strong>s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na de lucru de 4 zile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sprijinirea antreprenoriatului \u0219i a IMM-urilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducerea birocra\u021biei pentru \u00eenfiin\u021barea \u0219i dezvoltarea afacerilor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilit\u0103\u021bi fiscale pentru start-up-uri \u0219i firme inovatoare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acces mai u\u0219or la <strong>finan\u021bare \u0219i granturi europene<\/strong> pentru IMM-uri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Cre\u0219terea atractivit\u0103\u021bii pie\u021bei muncii pentru for\u021ba de munc\u0103 t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103 \u0219i diaspora<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pachete de beneficii fiscale pentru tinerii absolven\u021bi care se angajeaz\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programe de reintegrare a rom\u00e2nilor din diaspora, inclusiv prin stimulente financiare \u0219i locuri de munc\u0103 atractive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i protec\u021biei sociale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cre\u0219terea salariului minim corelat cu productivitatea muncii \u0219i infla\u021bia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reformarea sistemului de protec\u021bie social\u0103 pentru a sprijini categoriile vulnerabile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u0103suri pentru reducerea muncii la negru \u0219i cre\u0219terea gradului de conformare fiscal\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
